Shami Kabab Fingers are a perfect make-ahead snack for Ramadan, offering a crispy, flavorful bite with minimal effort during Iftar. Made with tender meat, chana dal, and aromatic spices, these kababs are shaped into finger-sized portions, coated with breadcrumbs and frozen for convenience. With their crunchy exterior and soft, spiced filling, these kababs are a must-have for a hassle-free and satisfying Iftar!<br /><br />Ingredients :<br /><br />-Beef / Mutton Mince 500 grams<br />-Chana Daal 1 cup ( Split Chickpeas Lentil )<br />-Aloo 2 medium ( Potatoes )<br />-Pyaz 1 medium ( Onion )<br />-Ginger , garlic paste 1 tbsp ( Adrak , Lehsun )<br />-Green chilies 3 -4 ( Hari Mirch )<br />-Salt 1 tsp ( namak )<br />-Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp ( kali Mirch )<br />-Red Chili Flakes 1 tbsp ( Dhara Mirch )<br />-Coriander Powder 1 tbsp ( Dhania powder)<br />-Garam Masala 1 tsp <br />-Roasted Cumin Powder 2 tsp (zeera powder )<br />-Water 1 & 1/2 cup ( pani )<br />-Mint Leaves Chopped 1/2 cup ( Pudina )<br />-Green Coriander Chopped 1 Cup ( Hara Dhania )<br />-Green Chilies 3 -4 Chopped ( Hari Mirch )<br />-Lemon Juice 1 tbsp<br />-Clarified Butter 1 tbsp ( Desi Ghee )<br />-Chaat Masala 2 tsp<br />-Eggs 2 whisked <br />-Bread Crumbs as required <br />-Cooking Oil as required for frying<br /><br /><br />Direction For Cooking :<br /><br />-Soak the chana daal for 2 hours.<br />-Take a presser cooker add keema ,soaked chana daal , ginger , garlic , green chilies , salt , red chili flakes , coriander powder , cumin powder , garam masala and water mix well cover and cook for 8 - 10 mins on medium flame.<br />-Remove the lid and dry water if left .<br />-Mash all mixture well.<br />-Transfer to bowl and let it cool.<br />-Add chopped mint leaves , green coriander , chopped green chilies , chaat masala , desi ghee mix well and refrigerate for 20 mins.<br />-Apply some oil on dish .<br />-Apply some oil on hands now make the shape of kabab.<br />-Dip into eggs then coat with bread crumbs and set aside.<br />-You can stored these kabab for 2 -3 weeks in refrigerate in any zip lock bag.<br />-Take frying pan add oil and fry until golden brown serve with any sauce.<br /><br /><br /><br />Subscribe for more delicious recipes!<br /><br />@SpiceBitebysara<br />MUSIC BY AUDIO BEATS<br />#shamikabab #shamikababrecipe #fingerkabab #kababrecipe #kabab #foodfusion #sooperchef #babafoodrecipes #spicebitebysara #iftar #iftarrecipe #iftarspecial #easyrecipe #quickcooking #simplecooking
